These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TrailVision.ai ("Service"), operated by R7 Software Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
TrailVision.ai is an AI-powered wildlife detection platform that analyzes photos from trail cameras and sends notifications when target species or subjects are detected. The Service receives photos via email, processes them using artificial intelligence, and delivers alerts via SMS, email, or other configured channels.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. SMS Notifications and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number during registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS text message alerts from TrailVision.ai at the number provided. These messages are transactional alerts triggered by activity on your trail cameras.
- Message frequency varies based on your camera activity and configured preferences
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
- Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at hello@trailvision.ai
- Opting out of SMS will not affect your account or other notification methods
5. Credits and Billing
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each photo analyzed consumes one credit. Credits are allocated monthly based on your plan and unused credits roll over subject to plan limits. When credits are exhausted, photo analysis is paused until credits are replenished.
- Free trial accounts receive 250 credits valid for 30 days
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
- All sales are final; refunds are issued at our discretion
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:
- Monitor individuals without their knowledge or consent
- Violate any federal, state, or local laws regarding surveillance or privacy
- Attempt to circumvent credit limits or access controls
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
7. Privacy and Data
Photos submitted to the Service are processed by our AI systems and may be temporarily stored for analysis and logging purposes. We do not sell your photos or personal data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by R7 Software Solutions, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all photos submitted to the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI species detection. Detection results should not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions. We are not liable for missed detections or false positives.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, R7 Software Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
